Inulin
Inulin is a type of fiber that is naturally available in food like artichoke, garlic, onion, leek, asparagus, wheat or banana.
It belongs to a family of compounds known as fructans.
They have prebiotic properties, which is why they are used to support the intestinal tract as well as to regulate the LDL cholesterol and diabetes.
