Thermogenic Supplements

Thermogenic products are designed to increase the body temperature, the metabolic rate, and the amount of calories that are burned. 

However, we should keep in mind that these products must always be combined with physical exercise and a healthy diet to experience their effects.

In spite of being a very common product, thermogenic supplements can produce a series of contraindications or side effects if we do not take the recommended dose. They contain stimulants that increase the hearbeat. This can produce cardiovascular alterations.

That is why taking thermogenic products is not advised for those who may suffer some heart problem or those who suffer from hypertension or a bad circulation, since they are more prone to suffer tachycardia, arrhythmia, etc.

This type of supplements are used in the morning on an empty stomach, or between 30 and 45 minutes before doing exercise. Never use a thermogenic 4-6 hours before going to sleep, since it effects last for several hours.
