    Recommended 200%. Most Omega-3 supplements always end up repeating in the stomach and in the belching you notice a very strong fishy smell. With this one the truth is that everything is fine from the first day. Put the bottle in the refrigerator, especially in summer. At high temperatures, the omega-3 ends up getting a rather unpleasant rancid taste.
