    I bought a pack with the Omega 3-6-9 to see if it would help with hot flashes, as I have just started pre-menopause. In one week they have disappeared. I have also noticed a great improvement in fluid retention, the first few days it was non-stop going to the bathroom. And all without side effects. If everything could be unified in one pill it would be the bomb.
