Omega fatty acids are very delicate, as their unsaturations make them easily peroxidisable options, which is a bad thing as it makes the omegas rancid, causing them to lose their properties.

The more unsaturated they are, the more delicate they are, so a product containing such a large spectrum of these fatty acids (ALA, EPA, DHA, LA and OA) must be adequately protected.

    When swallowed, they leave no taste in the mouth or throat. The tablet is quite large, elongated, so for people with difficulty to treat them I would not recommend it. Otherwise, it is a very good option to consume Omega3.
