Tyrosine is a proteinogenic amino acid that is synthesised through the action of the enzyme phenylalanine hydroxylase, converting L-phenylalanine into L-tyrosine. In this case we present it in powder form, which makes it very easy to take, just mix the recommended dose with 50ml of water.
