    I noticed a significant improvement in stress management, reduced fatigue, improved cognitive function, mood and overall well-being, and physical performance. Together with Lions Mane and NADH, its a perfect boost for all-day fasting. Im discontinuing it simply because Im opting to add EVOPTOGEN, which contains more components that interest me for the final phase of the day.
