    It has a distinct caramel or malt flavor that I dont particularly like for, but mixed with yogurt it masks it well. I do notice a difference in the effects. I have more energy, and my libido is returning to normal. I still have a period of continuation to notice the full effects, but I highly recommend it.

    Although I cannot say that its effects were the desired ones, it is true that during the intake it cushioned tiredness on some occasions, although nothing comparable with caffeine and vitamin supplements.
