    I used to take Maca Powder and never liked the taste and texture. These tablets are much more convenient and practical. I definitely feel the practical effects on a mental and hormonal level, but Ill want to upgrade to Maca Special for Men, which has a higher concentration and is more focused on male metabolism. However, I recommend it to everyone as a medium-effect, maintenance-based Maca.
