I've been using it for a while, you can clearly feel the thermogenic effect which produces sweating and an the activation of the metabolism. It is a great help if you are currently on a cutting phase. An efficient fat burner overall, although you need to be patient to see the results.
It works better when combined with physical exercise and a healthy diet, you need to adapt at first and if you are sensitive to caffeine you should consume it in the morning, otherwise you may find it hard to fall asleep.
