Evoburn - Discover HSN's classic
Evoburn from SportSeries is a dietary supplement in vegetable capsules, developed from a blend of scientifically studied compounds (caffeine, plant extracts, vitamins, minerals, and specific compounds). It’s a quality formula with a notable stimulant load, coming from its more than 200 mg of caffeine, which makes Evoburn the star product during the day, but not suitable for the night.
The Evoburn formula is one of the brand’s early launches of specific formulas to the market, and it has accompanied the definitional stages of all fitness lovers since 2013; during this time, we’ve been learning and updating ourselves with the latest published scientific evidence, and Evoburn, during its more than 10 years of life, has evolved as science kept uncovering consistent evidence of new interesting compounds.
A balanced composition
Contains compounds backed by scientific evidence
The importance of a dietary supplement containing scientifically backed compounds lies in the product’s safety. Ingredients that have undergone scientific studies provide confidence and support for users that the product isn’t based on popular preconceptions. Plus, these compounds have been evaluated for safety, meaning we know what amounts can be used to balance safety and quality.
At HSN we use only quality ingredients for developing our formulas, and of course, Evoburn wasn’t going to be an exception. Using quality compounds lets us provide clear, evidence-based information about Evoburn, which adds great value for someone looking to buy the product, as it enables an informed purchase, not marketing without justification. In a market full of options, we prioritize transparency and scientific evidence as crucial factors to develop a product with the standards we require to be a 'HSN formula,' our quality and the positive ratings from all customers who trust us support us.
Try Evoburn and discover a quality formula.
With standardized plant extracts
The standardization of herbal extracts to their characteristic phytochemical constituents is crucial to guarantee the product’s consistency and quality. This standardization means the extract contains a specific, consistent amount of the compounds responsible for its physiological effects. Without this standardization, the levels of these compounds can vary significantly between batches, resulting in inconsistent products. By using standardized extracts, as those we use in Evoburn, you can be sure you’ll always get a consistent contribution, essential for achieving the desired nutritional results.
Knowing the standardization of the extracts used, something we achieve thanks to the excellent quality control of the raw materials we use, lets us choose the best dose to use for each of the compounds selected for Evoburn, so we pick the safe intake in a guaranteed way.

High caffeine content from different sources
Evoburn is a formula with stimulants, these stimulants are caffeine as the fundamental alkaloid, containing, a total daily dose of the product, of 6 vegetable capsules: +200 mg caffeine.
From this complete supply, a relevant portion is anhydrous caffeine, of natural origin purified from green coffee beans, but added in pure form to adjust the amounts to the stimulant contribution we were aiming for with our product.
The rest of the caffeine is naturally present in plant extracts with stimulant alkaloids that are part of the Evoburn formula:
- Guaraná.
- Green tea.
- Yerba mate.
A balanced caffeine supply, with a significant but adjusted stimulant load. Evoburn isn’t a supplement focused solely on delivering a very high caffeine dose; Evoburn goes much further and doesn’t need mega-doses of caffeine.
With synephrine, theobromine and more well-known compounds
Evoburn contains different compounds that are known for their properties in formulas like this, and many of these compounds are naturally present in the plant extracts contained in the formula, for example:
| Compound | Origin |
| Guaranine | Guaraná |
| Capsaicin | Cayenne |
| Polyphenols and catechins | Green tea |
| Mateine | Yerba mate |
| P-Synephrine | Bitter orange |
| Theobromine | Cocoa |
| Salicin | White willow |
| Naringin | Grapefruit |
| Piperine | Black pepper |
All these compounds of natural origin are important contributions to Evoburn’s formula properties.
In addition to other compounds that have been added specifically in purified presentations to complete the HSN formula:
- L-Carnitine L-Tartrate (2:1).
A quality formula: Learn its properties
The properties of Evoburn’s components make it a standout formula, since:
- Contributes to lipid metabolism (property associated with green tea).
- Helps regulate fat metabolism (thanks to Coleus forskohlii).
And during the definition training period, the caffeine it contains contributes to increased endurance (as long as consumed at doses of 3 mg/kg body weight, one hour before physical exercise), helping to extend the training time.
Daily dose split into several intakes, why?
Dividing intake into several doses throughout the day is a strategy to keep ingredient levels steady in the body.
When you take a large dose all at once, it can cause a rapid and high increase in the bloodstream levels of these compounds, followed by a sharp drop. This leads to peaks and valleys, which can reduce benefits across the day and means consuming higher amounts of compounds at once, which can negatively affect people more sensitive to stimulants, for example due to the elevated levels in a short period.
We’ve developed Evoburn intake in smaller doses across the day to allow a more sustained intake of the formula’s compounds in the body. This helps maintain a more stable level of these compounds, optimizing it and thus avoiding large single doses of certain compounds.
Also, taking separate doses allows a more constant intake of the different product components, keeping levels more stable in the body.
We recommend the last dose before 6 p.m. to avoid interfering with rest.
Stimulating content and nighttime use, is it possible?
Products with stimulants don’t mix well with sleep and rest.
It’s important to take the last dose of stimulants at least 6 hours before bed to avoid interfering with rest. Stimulants, like caffeine and other compounds present in Evoburn, such as theobromine, can increase alertness, which is beneficial during the day but problematic when it comes to sleep. If taken too close to bedtime, these compounds can hinder falling asleep and reduce sleep quality, leading to inadequate rest.
Given how important rest is for physical and psychological well-being, it’s advisable to avoid using compounds that can interfere with it, so Evoburn is ideal for daytime takes, up to around mid-afternoon; and you can continue using a similar formula during the night with Evoburn Sin Estimulantes. Perfectly compatible with using Evoburn classic.

Evoburn is a completely safe dietary supplement at the daily recommended dose for healthy people.
You simply need to keep in mind that due to its caffeine content it’s not recommended for children or pregnant women, nor during breastfeeding.
Does Evoburn have side effects?
Caffeine has a characteristically stimulating effect, which is the most identifiable and positive aspect of the compound; however, its dose is cumulative, meaning that after a certain amount it can trigger excess activation that shows up as anxiety.
People more sensitive to caffeine effects can use its stimulant-free version.
Can I take more Evoburn than recommended?
It isn’t necessary or advisable.
The daily recommended dose of Evoburn is enough to take advantage of all its properties, regardless of factors like body weight or body fat percentage you have or want to reach.
Can I use Evoburn on an empty stomach? And before cardio?
Yes, just keep in mind that stimulant effects on an empty stomach are more noticeable and intense.
You can use Evoburn both on an empty stomach and before training, and before training on an empty stomach.
Note that taking capsules on an empty stomach can be strong for people with sensitive digestion, especially with Evoburn due to the pungent compounds characteristic of cayenne extract; if you experience any kind of digestive discomfort, we recommend using the product with meals to avoid this effect.
Can I use Evoburn even if I’m not in a definition phase?
Caffeine has effects beyond the outcomes sought with Evoburn; in fact, it’s a positive performance enhancer and improves concentration and alertness when consumed at doses of at least 75 mg.
So it isn’t exclusively for definition, but to take advantage of the above effects it’s best:
How many days do I need to rest from Evoburn? Can I use it all year?
After reviews of the latest scientific studies published relating to caffeine, we have updated our recommendations.
Resting from Evoburn is no longer necessary. Caffeine doesn’t lose properties with continued use, and that’s what the most recent high-quality methodological studies report.
So Evoburn can be used continuously, with no breaks, and all year long without issues.
