I've been taking it for a few days now and I can say it's amazing for fighting exhaustion. I literally don't get tired: I can workout at my best for 2 hours and still have energy to do cardio afterwards. I'm combining it with Evoburn, and together they are working great for me. Also, the taste is very good, pleasant and easy to take - highly recommended!

Pre-workout that at the beginning you notice the punch, in terms of activity and itching of the skin from the beta-alanine. Little by little I think that tolerance is being generated, since I do not notice the activity of before (and it is 300mg of caffeine) and I do not notice the itching in the skin from the beta-alanine. I'm going to go a while without taking it to eliminate that tolerance and get back to full strength. In the meantime I will use the pre without stimulants.

Ideal as a pre-workout, dissolves well and tastes like lemon soda (lemon flavor, reddish color from the beets). You feel a surge of energy after 15 minutes, and you can train with more momentum. Slight tingling, not annoying, which according to comments, is removed with the shots.

You really do feel the energy and even a tingling sensation on the skin, personally I found the taste of the iced lemon tea quite bad but the pre-workout does work and for an affordable price, it's well worth it.
