What is BCAA's Instant 2:1:1 2.0?
BCAA's Instant 2:1:1 2.0 by HSNraw is a nutritional supplement made branched chain amino acids, 2:1:1 BCAA's (leucine, valine, and isoleucine) with sweeteners.
Unlike other BCAA's products, the raw ingredient from this formula (Leucine Instant) has a great dissolution which makes it easier to mix it with other nutritional supplements or simply just mix it with water with a shaker.
What are the BCAA's and what are they used for?
Branched chain amino acids, also known as BCAA's, are amino acids that belong to the essential group, which means that our organism is not capable of synthesizing them on its own and it needs to obtain them either through the diet or supplementation. Branched chain amino acids (BCAA's) are called like this because their molecular structure is similar to that of a tree branch.
These three essential amino acids (leucine, valine, and isoleucine) make up around a third of the skeletal muscle.
Properties of BCAA's Instant 2:1:1 2.0
- Easy dissolution: they come in powder format, they are easy to dissolve in water or mixed with your protein shake.
- Vegetable origin: the raw ingredients that have been used to manufacture this nutritional supplement are 100% of vegetable origin, which means that it is also suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
- We remove the soy allergen: the previous Instant BCAA's version used soy lecithin for its composition, which is why it included the soy allergen. This is great news for those who cannot consume soy, since BCAA's Instant 2:1:1 2.0 do not have this ingredient.
- GMO free: we do not use genetically modified organisms to produce this nutritional supplement.
- BCAA's percentage: each serving has a higher percentage of essential amino acids like leucine, valine, and isoleucine than the rest of the competence.
How to take BCAA's?
There are several protocols for BCAA's but in this case we will focus on the most important moment, the Peri-workout:
- Before training, with Pre-Workout supplements
- During the workout, with Carbohydrates with Mineral Salts
- After training, with Creatine, Glutamine and Protein Shake

Great BCAA's

I've been using this supplement for quite a while now and it doesn't taste bitter like other BCAA supplements, the cola flavour at least. The amino acid content is actually quite impressive for a fair price.
