    I did not expect it, before I took only bcaa but a friend recommended me to try it and wow I have improved my strength training, raising level and muscle I notice a good boost of energy, I take it antrs to train about 20, 30 min orange flavor and I liked it a lot, no doubt I will stay with the change and I will buy again. very well its function has surprised me.
