    I think it's very good, I've been using it for not too long. I use it in the intra-workout and I notice that I train more fluid than when I have not taken it, I do not know if it is or not coincidence. The flavor I have tried is lemon, at first I tasted a little chemical powder but I got used to it and now I like it. The zip of the bag does not close as it should, it remains a little open, as in almost all products.
