Warnings

    I consume 10 g during training and the effects on recovery are noticeable. However, the fact that it is unflavored gives the solvent a bitter taste, which you only get used to over time. However, that is the price for having no artificial additives. In that sense, if you consume it as I do in a bottle or shaker I recommend scrubbing it so it doesn't get a bad smell.

    I take it daily at meals, because sometimes I don't get enough protein a day, although it is not a protein supplement but it helps the protein to build up.
