BCAA's instant 4:1:1 2.0 by RawSeries is a vegan powdered food supplement, based on branched-chain amino acids (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, and L-valine) in a 4:1:1 ratio, from vegetable fermentation.

The BCAA's or branched-chain amino acids are a set of 3 amino acids (leucine, isoleucine and valine), which belong to the group of essential amino acids, and therefore must be provided through food as our body lacks the ability to synthesise them by itself.

This product is 100% suitable for vegetarians and vegans, with no elements of animal origin or derivatives.

    I bought it to add it along with glutamine to my post-workout protein shake, the truth is that the taste is not very good, and I think that with just the protein shake we would already be well covered, I do not think it is essential.
