BCAA's instant 4:1:1 2.0 by RawSeries is a vegan powdered food supplement, based on branched-chain amino acids (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, and L-valine) in a 4:1:1 ratio, from vegetable fermentation.

The BCAA's or branched-chain amino acids are a set of 3 amino acids (leucine, isoleucine and valine), which belong to the group of essential amino acids, and therefore must be provided through food as our body lacks the ability to synthesise them by itself.

This product is 100% suitable for vegetarians and vegans, with no elements of animal origin or derivatives.

Solubility

BCAA's by HSN are instantly soluble thanks to their reduced micronized size and production processing.

    Very bitter taste but can be tolerated. Good dissolution and effectiveness. The presentation as all the products of the brand, bags that close badly but if it serves to cheapen it can be worth.

    In the absence of 3 sessions a week at the gym. I feel a lot less aches and pains with this product, when I don't take it, recovery isn't as good. Really. I like it a lot.
