This stimulant is very similar to caffeine, you can even combine both of them specially during cutting phase.

Very comfortable format in softgels, easy to swallow. It gives me energy to start the day but it does not make me nervous at all. I sleep like a baby even if I combine it with caffeine to enhance its effects.
