I spend most of the day out of the house working and doing sports, even studying at times and taking them at the beginning of the day is quite noticeable, more awake, less tiredness (I sleep little, insomnia). In addition, its uncoated tablet format, small size and with the line to split them makes it even easier for those of us who find it difficult to take large pills. The packaging could be improved.

What an invention, yes sir, a caffeine with a combined effect. I think it is one of the most important innovations from my point of view in terms of supplements. In my case, as a long distance runner, I always try to maintain that point that caffeine gives you.
