I absolutely LOVE these. They give you a really smooth, crash free caffeine effect, FAR supperior to bolus doses of normal caffeine. I usually take 50 mg bolus dose (caffeine tablet) plus one of these in the morning and that covers the whole day. You might need a small dose at lunch but that's it! I will never go back to normal caffeine tablets.

    I subscribe to the opinions that point out that there are no ups and downs, but that the stimulating effect of caffeine remains constant for a few hours. Recommended to maintain activity during the day and especially I use it now, in winter.
