What is L-theanine 250mg?
L-theanine 250mg by EssentialSeries is a food supplement in vegetable capsules based on the amino acid L-theanine, pantothenic acid and vitamin B12.
Is L-theanineis the predominant amino acid in tea leaves and constitutes up to 50% of the total amino acids in the plant. The amino acid makes up 1-2% of the dry weight of green tea leaves (Montvale, 2008).
L-theanine 250mg is 100% suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Alongside the amino acid L-theanine, we have added pantothenic acid and vitamin B12 to the formula.
Pantothenic acid
- Pantothenic acid contributes to normal energy metabolism.

Concentration
L-theanine is an amino acid that is naturally present in tea, especially black tea, but its concentrations are low, in fact most studies use minimum doses of 100mg, this dose is approximately 4 times higher than what we can find naturally in a cup of black tea.
L-theanine by HSN product provides a high dose of the amino acid in its purest form in convenient capsules, no less than 250mg per capsule.
Suitable for vegans
L-theanine, being an amino acid found in tea leaves, is naturally vegan.

Store in a cool (below 25°C), dry and dark place. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of the smallest children. Nutritional supplements should not be used to replace a balanced diet.
How to take

In my case at least, I don't notice anything at 250 or 500mg, with or without caffeine, which doesn't mean that it doesn't work, but at least it hasn't helped me.

I have been consuming theanine along with caffeine for years, it helps me to stay focused, and at the same time helps in times of stress, I have not stopped taking it since I tried it many years ago to study. In addition, in capsules it is super easy to take.

By itself I have never tried it but only in combination with caffeine .It reduces the jittery effect of caffeine but does not reduce the energy.I recommend.
