- If you want to make a shake, simply mix 1 x 50ml scoop of soy protein isolate in 250-350ml of water, milk or vegetable milk, together with 5ml of a flavouring of your choice.
- And you can enjoy it in more than just protein shakes, it works great in all kinds of dishes, such as:
- Mix 1 scoop of protein, 1 scoop of flavouring, 5g of baking powder and 50ml of milk to make the dough.
- Place the dough in a suitable container, microwave it at maximum power for 30 seconds, and then it's ready to enjoy.
