Vitamin E 400IU by EssentialSeries is a food supplement in softgels of oily content made based on D-alpha-tocopherol, a natural form of vitamin E.

D-alpha-tocopherol is the bioavailable alpha form of oral fat-soluble natural vitamin E (NCIt, s.f.)

The natural vitamin E 400IU product comes in an oil medium, because as a fat-soluble vitamin it's best to combine it with a small amount of oil (Reboul, 2017).

    When taking omega 3 already comes with vitamin E so I stopped taking it. I started it for the vascular benefits. Over a period of time it should be noticeable. However, you should not exceed the dose because it is fat-soluble, and that means that in case of excess it accumulates in different tissues. Keep this in mind.
