Try chickpea protein for a change in your diet!
Chickpea protein has a low sugar content (0%) and a complete aminogram.
68% protein
Chickpea protein is a high-protein option.
It is also a 100% plant-based source of protein, as it is made exclusively from chickpeas.
0% sugar
Chickpeas are a legume and as such have a high carbohydrate content in their normal state.
However, the mechanical treatment of chickpea protein allows maximum isolation of its protein content and it contains only 3g of carbohydrates per 100g of product.
It contains no sugar at all, as 100% of the small amount of carbohydrates it contains from the processing of legume waste are complex carbohydrates.
With all essential amino acids
It is well known that plant-based proteins are less 'complete' than animal proteins because they lack sufficient amounts of certain essential amino acids.
However, when proteins are concentrated, as is the case with chickpea protein, the limiting amino acids are no longer present.
Say goodbye to having to mix and match different plant-based proteins to get a source of all the essential amino acids - you can now use chickpea protein.

Gluten-Free
Chickpeas are gluten-free, so a chickpea-based protein should not contain gluten.
However, other companies market plant-based proteins with gluten because the factories where they are developed work with ingredients that contain this allergen and gluten-free proteins are contaminated.
At HSN, we work in clean rooms, with a high-precision particle filtration system, control and thorough cleaning to ensure the absence of the allergen in our products.
Chickpea protein is completely gluten-free.

I have tried it to thicken stew sauces and the truth is that it leaves a very pleasant chickpea flavor. Very useful in the kitchen to replace flour for thickening.

No flavor. Don't expect the taste of candy, it's chickpeas, but I prefer them like this. The size of the product is sufficient.

Interesting alternative
Carlos Batista 08/07/2024
First experience with this protein. Good texture and easy dissolution. Quite satiating. The problem may be in the taste, or almost its absence. Solution.... I am taking it with gazpacho. Incredible result. I have to try it with vegetable broth as well. Surely it is not the best option to take to the gym, but at home and as a complement or protein reinforcement of the diet.

They are super tasty, I liked them a lot, but they seem expensive for the quantity they are. The presentation is good, but it is always advisable to dispense with plastic.
