I have tried the cola, mango and pineapple flavors. Brutal the 3, I'm alternating them not to hate, but they are delicious and never fail in orders since more than 1 year ago I discovered them. Compared to others the best bcaa with glutamine for my taste with a good relationship.

What is Glutamine + BCAA Powder?

Glutamine + BCAA Powder by Amix Nutrition is a food supplement based on micronised glutamine and branched-chain amino acids, known as BCAAs, in powder.

The branched-chain amino acids in this supplement have a 2:1:1 ratio. 

Branched-chain BCAAs are three amino acids. Of these three, the most important is leucine [hence the 2:2:1 ratio (leucine: isoleucine: valine)]. They all belong to the group of 9 essential amino acids which must be provided in the diet due to their high nutritional profile.

Micronized L-Glutamine, L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine, acidity corrector (citric acid), flavour, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), emulsifier (soybean lecithin), sweetener (sucralose, acesulfame-K).

    A highly recommended product to avoid muscle fatigue if you train regularly at a good intensity. Its cola flavor is great. I take it before and after training. It is a somewhat expensive product but in exchange you get glutamine and bcaa in one product.
