These are the well-known Branched Chain Amino Acids (“BCAAs”), a trio of essential amino acids: L-Leucine, L-Valine, L-Isoleucine. This formula is specially designed for performance, featuring a 12:1:1 ratio, surpassing other similar products. Thanks to this ratio, it emphasizes L-Leucine, providing about 6 g per scoop.

how to take it?
We suggest 2 possible ways to use it depending on the time of day you train: morning workout or afternoon workout. Doses will vary based on each person’s condition.
a) Morning workout
PERI-WORKOUT (training without prior food – just woke up)
- About 30 minutes before training, take ½ or 1 scoop of Evobcaas.
- During training, sip Evotonic little by little to stay hydrated without feeling heavy. Mix one heaping scoop (35 g) per 400 ml of water.

b) Afternoon workout

- If about 2 h have passed since your last meal before training, don’t take anything; otherwise, follow the same plan as A).
