Amino acids are developed from natural presentations with a high content of these compounds, i.e. biological structures containing high amounts of amino acids can be used to extract and purify amino acids from their composition.
One of the classic sources that has been used industrially to extract amino acids is hair, sometimes even human hair. High concentration of amino acids per tablet
A common problem with amino acids is that they are difficult to use outside of powdered forms, as capsules, for example, are often unable to contain a significant amount of amino acids. This makes their use tedious, as a large number of units are needed to achieve an effective dose.

First of all, you should bear in mind that BCAAs are amino acids present in high biological quality proteins (such as those in meat, eggs, or dairy products) that you consume on a daily basis, so just as you eat at any time of the day, you can actually take BCAAs whenever you want.
One of the ideal ways to use Evo 4:1:1 is with meals. While this may not make sense for large protein intakes, such as meals with 200-300g of meat or fish, several eggs, etc., it can be a perfect way to use it for quick meals, such as sandwiches or on-the-go snacks.

BCAA's in powder form vs. BCAA's in tablet form. Which one to choose?
In terms of properties, the powder and other formats such as tablets or capsules are identical, i.e. the powder does not have different properties to other presentation formats.
The reason why powder is more commonly used is because it can be easily mixed in water with other compounds. In addition, its dosage can be more convenient, as gram quantities of amino acids are usually required, so the powder is easier to administer.
The powder, however, has a characteristically bitter taste that may be difficult to take for people who are not used to its flavour. RAW BCAAs are available with no additives:
