Evowhey Protein

Evowhey is an excellent protein source from Whey Protein Concentrate which provides a protein with the highest biological value available. This protein is made up of amino acids, which are the units that will be in charge of performing physiological tasks that involve developing muscle tissue and preserving the muscle mass. Therefore, protein shakes will help those athletes who need to keep a constant amino acids discharge throughout the day.

Evobcaa's 2.0

Evobcaa's are branched-chain amino acids which are in charge of working as an anti-catabolic agent. They reduce the protein breakdown and help to establish a proper hormone environment for the anabolism, which will be possible through the use of these supplements. Its formula has been enhanced with l-glutamine in order to increase its nutrient value.

Dextrose

Dextrose is a source of high glycemic index carbohydrates. This feature can be used as energy support at times when we really need it, mostly during the workout. Using an energy source during the workout will increase the insulin levels, which will help to transport energy and other nutrients that we may combine it with, such as amino acids. Ensuring a proper energy supply during the physical activity will result in a more efficient recovery phase.

Citrulline Malate

Citrulline Malate is a performance enhancer since it produces a vasodilating effect that will increase the flow of nutrients and oxygen to the muscle cells. On the other hand, it supports the task of re-synthesizing ATP, which is the best energy pathway that we have. ATP is used in intermittent activities with a high energy expenditure. At the same time, citrulline malate helps to excrete metabolic waste, like ammonia, which is produced by internal reactions. Contributing to this process will help to improve the health of muscle tissue.

How to take?

Intra-workout

This pack has been designed to be used during the workout in order to get a constant energy supply. That is why it will be consumed as a drink during the workout, keeping the following proportions:

750ml of cold water
1.5 scoops of Dextrose
1 scoop of Evobcaa's
1 scoop of Citrulline Malate

Use this proportion for every hour of training or sport session.

Just before training

Take 2 scoops of Evowhey.
