What is Citrulline Malate?

It is advisable to mix ½ scoop (3g) in 200-300ml of water.
Properties of Citrulline Malate
Citrulline malate is a non-essential amino acid that improves the physical performance. Taking citrulline malate increases the performance in endurance exercises and it reduces the perceived exertion on the upper body during the workout.[1]
Citrulline malate is a precursor of nitric oxide and it can increase the sport performance. Taking citrulline malate before the workout can potentially improve the performance.[2]

Taking Citrulline increases the concentration of L-arginine in the plasma and increases the nitric oxide-dependent signalling.
