Ingredients:

33% Instant L-leucine [L-leucine, emulsifier (lecithins), maltodextrin], 17% L-isoleucine, 17% L-valine, flavorings, 8% L-glutamine, acid (citric acid), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide), sweetener (sucralose), black tea leaf instant extract (Camelia sinensis), colors (ammonia caramel, tartrazine*, allura red*, indigotine), salt, pyridoxine hydrochloride. *Tartrazine and Allura Red can have negative effects on the activity and attention of children.

How to take BCAA ZERO VARIETY PACK 10 flavors (20 samples):

Mix 1 sachet (9g) in 300ml of water in a shaker. Drink 15 minutes before training.
