Maltodextrin, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agents (cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12, obtained through Pseudomonas denitrificans fermentation).

The product is correct, but the indicated dosage is excessive. As a supplement for vegetarians or elderly people 2000 mcg once or twice a week is sufficient. It is not necessary to take 2000 mcg every day, except in a severe deficiency in which that amount will be taken for two weeks and then continue with the normal dosage.
