Ingredients
Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), para-aminobenzoic acid (PABA), nicotinamide (vitamin B3), maltodextrin, stabiliser (hydroxypropyl cellulose), calcium D-pantothenate (pantothenic acid), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), riboflavin (vitamin B2), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), folic acid, D-biotin (biotin), methylcobalamin (vitamin B12).
Warnings

The doctor has recommended my 70 year old mother to take this vitamin complex because of her cramps and muscle pain in her legs.
