Vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin known as an essential nutrient, with its consumption as such required for the proper functioning of the body. This product provides a high vitamin C content in a convenient form, in a single daily tablet.

The L- enantiomer of ascorbic acid is popularly known as Vitamin C.
The name 'ascorbic' comes from the prefix a- (meaning 'not') and the Latin word scorbuticus (meaning scurvy), a disease caused by a lack of vitamin C in the body.
Ascorbic acid can't be synthesised by the body and must be obtained from food sources that contain it, or through supplementation.

From what I’ve read on various sites, this pill is very highly concentrated, and ideally you should take fewer mg a day. But I think it’ll be fine as long as you don’t take it for too long without a break.
