The product is correct, but the indicated dosage is excessive. As a supplement for vegetarians or elderly people 2000 mcg once or twice a week is sufficient. It is not necessary to take 2000 mcg every day, except in a severe deficiency in which that amount will be taken for two weeks and then continue with the normal dosage.
