Each vegetable capsule provides 1000IU (International Units) of Vitamin D and 45mcg of Vitamin K2.

Ingredients
Rice flour, vegetable capsule [coating agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose)], antioxidants (L-ascorbyl palmitate, silicon dioxide), menaquinone-4 (MK-4, vitamin K2), cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3, from lanolin).
Warnings
For adults only. Nutritional supplements should not be used to replace a balanced diet. Keep out of reach of the smallest children. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. I have always taken Vitamin D3 alone, but it was recommended to me that it was better combined with K2 and since then I always ask for this one. I take it in the morning with breakfast and it is very good for me.
