    I have been taking this product for some time because I have low iron levels and according to my doctor an adequate level of Vitamin C helps to counteract this problem. I find it more convenient to take than the typical effervescent tablet, especially when you have to take it outside the home, as you can take your tablet with you in any pill dispenser.

    I bought it as an alternative to another usual brand that was out of stock and it appears to be a very good choice as well. The rose hip itself is a very concentrated natural source of vitamin C in addition to its properties for circulation and defenses. Good product.
