Vitamin D3 5000IU by EssentialSeries is a vitamin D-based softgel food supplement in the form of cholecalciferol (vitamin D3).

Linseed oil contained in vitamin D softgels is used to improve the absorption of the vitamin as a fat-soluble nutrient (Dawson-Hughes et al., 2015).
