ZMA - 90 caps ingredients:

ZMA® 2400mg [Zinc (monomethionine sulphate, l-aspartate), magnesium citrate, magnesium oxide, pridoxine hydrochloride], gelatin capsule [based on pure gelatin, water, colour (titanium dioxide)], anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide).

How to take ZMA - 90 caps:

On an empty stomach and 30 minutes before bedtime take 3 capsules (2 capsules in the case of women) with 200ml of water. Do not take any calcium supplements.

Warnings de ZMA - 90 caps:

Once opened, store in a cool (under 25ºC), dry and dark place. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of the smallest children. Nutritional supplements should not be used to replace a balanced diet. May contain traces of milk, eggs, soya, gluten, crustaceans, nuts and peanuts. This product is not suitable for pregnant or nursing mothers.
