I take inositol for PCOS and truth be told, HSN's is the best value for the money I have noticed. With continued use and good habits, you can reduce these follicles on the ovaries as well as acne, but with consistency.

I put it in my coffee in the morning along with the collagen powder. It is a little sweet and tastes good. Inositol in menopause is most useful for controlling metabolism, cholesterol, glucose and mood.
