    As we age we notice how our hair loses strength and Biotin is a great ally. As it is not found in large quantities in food, it is a good idea to take it in supplement form. It also helps us to improve our mood, so depleted by the covid19 situation we are living, and prevents neurodegenerative diseases of the nervous system.     This is the first time I bought biotin from this brand. I am liking the fact that I only have to take one capsule a day. I bought it to strengthen hair, nails and skin, I have noticed an improvement in the nails, but I have not noticed anything in the skin and hair yet, even so I think I will repeat because it is very good value for money.
