What is Ultra B-Complex?
Ultra B-Complex by EssentialSeries is a food supplement in vegan tablets, based on a complex of B vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B8, B9, and B12), choline bitartrate, and Myo-inositol.
The B vitamins form a group of water-soluble vitamins.
Ultra B-Complex is 100% suitable for use in vegetarian and vegan diets.

Thiamine (Vitamin B1)
- Thiamine contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
- Thiamine contributes to the normal functioning of the heart.
Riboflavin (Vitamin B2)
- Riboflavin contributes to the maintenance of normal red blood cells.
Niacin (Vitamin B3)
- Niacin helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue.
Pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5)
- Pantothenic acid contributes to normal energy metabolism.
Biotin (Vitamin B7)
- Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal hair.
Folic acid (Vitamin B9)
- Supplemental folic acid intake increases maternal folate levels. Low maternal folate is a risk factor for neural tube defects in the developing foetus.1
Cobalamin (Vitamin B12)
- Vitamin B12 contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system.
