Ashwagandha extract (Withania somnifera) (root) (standardized to 2.5% withanolides-11mg), glazing agent [hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule)], rice flour, anti-caking agent [magnesium stearate (vegetable source)].

Well, I usually alternate this one with the HSN one and certainly with this adaptogens I am not able to say if it is noticeable or not. I have tried it during periods of stress.

I notice a difference when taking Ashwaghanda, not necessarily this brand. I bought it because it was recommended to me. The price of this brand is a little high.
