Today we’ve got the next classic weekly routine as part of your volume training, which will cover the training plan for November.

November Routine

Volume training month 2 table

As you can see, we’re continuing with full body training for three days and two days of cardio exercise. This month should be of a very similar intensity to the previous one, without making the days too heavy yet, just gradually increasing the intensity, which is our goal.
