Volume Training. Month 4

A little later than planned (apologies for this), today we bring you the next efficient volume training weekly routine, which will cover the training plan for January.

After this festive season we’re going to be doing three weeks of definition, with a more aerobic torso-leg type routine, and the key is going to be following a low-calorie diet for these three weeks, which we’ll post some examples for this weekend.

January Routine

The training has varied from a hybrid full body and torso-leg routine to a classic torso-leg routine, and with 4 days of cardio exercise. On leg days we’re going to do some moderate cardio, and on torso days some HIIT.
