- Roll out the puff pastry sheet. If it is round, trim the edges to give it a rectangular shape.
- Spread the hazelnut and cocoa protein spread over half of the pastry sheet. Fold the other half over the top and cut the filled pastry into two pieces: each one will become a spider.
- Place a round container in the centre of each piece to mark the body. Using a knife, shape the body and cut the legs around it, as shown in the video, keeping them attached to the centre.
- Twist each leg into a spiral.
- Brush the surface with egg white and bake at 190°C for the time indicated by the puff pastry manufacturer, until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly and decorate with the edible candy eyes.

- In a bowl, mix the well-drained tuna, grated mozzarella, and tomato and truffle sauce.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut it into several rectangles. You can use a rectangular container as a guide to mark them. Set aside the leftover pastry to make the bandages.
- Place a generous tablespoon of filling onto each rectangle and spread it evenly, following its shape and leaving a border around the edges.
- Cut the leftover puff pastry into strips and arrange them over the filling, criss-crossing them to resemble mummy bandages.
- Press the ends of the strips against the puff pastry base with a fork to seal them. Use a knife to trim any uneven edges.
- Brush the surface with egg white and bake at 190°C for the time indicated by the puff pastry manufacturer, until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly and add the edible candy eyes to complete your mummies. Ready to enjoy!
