Today we’ve got the next classic weekly routine as part of your volume training, which will cover the training plan for December.
December Routine

The training so far has varied from 3 days a week with full body training to 4 days a week with a hybrid routine of full body and torso-leg, with 3 days of cardio exercise. This week, we’re increasing the intensity a little.
It’s important to rest for one of the 4 weeks of the month to be able to fully recovery, and with no active resting.
