Creatine monohydrate, pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) (D-calcium pantothenate), niacin (vitamin B3) (niacinamide), vitamin B-12 [cyanocobalamin, methylcobalamin (coenzyme form) and dibencozide (coenzyme form)], vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), thiamine (thiamine hydrochloride), folate (folic acid), chromium (chromium picolinate), sweetener (xylitol), rice maltodextrin, acidity regulator (citric acid), natural citrus flavors, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), thickener (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).
