Ingredients
Creatine monohydrate, pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) (D-calcium pantothenate), niacin (vitamin B3) (niacinamide), vitamin B-12 [cyanocobalamin, methylcobalamin (coenzyme form) and dibencozide (coenzyme form)], vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCI), folate (folic acid), chromium (chromium picolinate), sweetener (xylitol), rice maltodextrin, acidity regulator (citric acid), stabilizer (cellulose), citrus flavorings, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide). It contains soy.

I take these sachets along with other supplements to have more energy and combat physical and mental fatigue. They are pleasant tasting, easy to consume and gives for many doses at a reasonable price.
