Take 1/2 scoop of 5 ml Psyllium Husk with breakfast.

Turmeric powder:

I've been using psyllium and it's having the expected effect...Neutral taste. I use it with flavored oats and I don't notice any difference in the texture of the pancakes. I recommend it. I haven't tried turmeric yet.

This pack is quite practical and comes at a good price. I use turmeric a lot and this one tastes good. The psyllium I use when I make bread but I'm going to try it in smoothies as well.

Este pack es bastante práctico y sale a buen precio. Suelo utilizar mucho la cúrcuma y esta tiene buen sabor. El psyllium lo utilizo cuando hago pan pero voy a probar en batidos también.
