How to take these supplements?

To maintain optimal intake, we recommend:

In the evening at dinner, take the last L-lysine vegetable capsule to complete the daily dose.

As for Collagen Super Beauty and Biotin Complex, they give you more freedom in their consumption, so you decide when to take them.

‌Collagen Super Beauty: Mix 2 scoops of 15ml (approx. 15g) with 150ml of water and drink 1 time a day.

The Mímate Mucho pack by Nutricosmética is an excellent option to treat yourself to an integral care from within. Christmas gift for yourself

This year I discovered nutricosmetics and for me it has been a revelation, I do not understand how I could be investing so much money in external products if I do not take care of my interior; since I do my cosmetic health has improved a lot. The pack is excellent, with a very appropriate choice of complements and economical. I'm keeping it and hope they keep it after Christmas.
